Main Menu icon (top left).You can view trial services, including the service status, description, and the date/time the service was last modified.
To view trial services:
1. Click the
Main Menu icon (top left).
2. Go to Services > Trial Services.
The Trial Services page displays the service status, description, and the date/time the service was last modified.
The
status of each service is indicated by color-coded icons under the Status
column, which provides details about each service, including the description,
status, start/stop time, and creator. (Scroll to right to view more information.)
Generally, the
icon
indicates that the service is running and
icon indicates that the service
is not running.
The following table details the status of each caption.

The following rules apply for service levels that are not processing and sleeping:
· Ready and Disabled – Grey
· Ready and Enabled and within scheduled time window – Green
· Ready and Enabled and not within scheduled time window (Sleeping) – Yellow
· Running and Last updated within 2 minutes – Green
· Running and Last updated more than 2 minutes from current time – Red with exclamation (not processing or hanging service)
Note:
Service
icons are auto-refreshed every 2 minutes.
